I earned a degree in mass communication major in journalism. I worked with different companies and gained experience with various industries such as retail, sales, merchandise, leisure, insurance, food and beverage, finance and administration. But after spending 8 years working in a NON BPO company, I saw an opportunity to leverage my skills and talent in customer service, communications, leadership and administrative the reason why I joined the BPO industry in 2005. As a Data Entry Specialist my responsibilities include collecting and entering data in databases and maintaining accurate records of valuable company information. My essential data entry skills, like fast typing with an eye for detail. Also part of my job as a Medical e-Filer is to prepare and sort documents, resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents, Creating data backups as part of a contingency plan, Responding to information requests from authorized members and testing new database systems and software updates.
