Sam bid on this project originally and i chose someone else who had a very good rating on here over him due to Sam not having a rating at that time. That proved to be a costly mistake as the guy i chose did not even start the work and was rated at 2 by RAC when it went into arbitration and the job was help up for a month. I contacted Sam and asked him to rebid and i'm glad the other worker let me down as i couldn't have asked for a better person to work with. The project took a little longer than estimated and this was due to Sam implementing features above and beyond the call of duty because he seems to enjoy his work and is bothered about the final outcome of it being the best it can possibly be He had a full understanding of what i was trying to achieve and offered valuable observations / input all along the way Thanks Sam - it was a pleasure dealing with you
