Project includes SharePoint, CRM, C# This project provides solution for very big recruitment consultant consists of collaboration of Microsoft CRM and SharePoint 2010. o CRM used to store user and client data including user's resume. o CRM has customized plugins and workflow to manage business cycle. o Customized SharePoint site gets available for specific placement. o Extranet could be also available if required which could have association with placement site of SharePoint to share information e.g. published resumes, status, interview scheduled details.. o Custom Windows tool to fetch resumes from monster.co.uk and cwjobs.co.uk to attach portal with candidate information. o SharePoint 2010 BCS used to have crm data into sharepoint and make searchable. o Custom Search webpart used to search resumes using full text search, technologies, experience etc and add those to long list.
