RESIDENCE. Albany, CA
A second floor addition proposes to transform and connect this bungalow style home with the impressive view of the bay. This addition includes a new remodeled kitchen, three extra bedrooms, and a new roof structure to integrate the design. The front facade matches the surrounding architecture, as required by the city of Albany, while the back of the property presents a more modern appearance. As job captain of this project I was responsible for assisting in the design of the addition. I produced drawings from SD through CDs, coordinated engineering systems documents, conducted the site investigation and code and material research, and produced the project 3d model.
