XQ Xcalibur Qualifier/Rebuild
Reads Xcalibur (Thermo Scientific) .RAW and HP ChemStation (Hewlett Packard/Agilent) DATA.MS mass spectrometry and chromatography files and qualifies them using a custom-made library search. Output is a .PDF Image report showing the chromatogram with the found components names. Apart from many useful features, NIST search is implemented. Bilingual application (English/Dutch). License key required.

I have been creating VB applications since VB5, and now of course in .NET, for resolving simple, but also more complex analytical issues/problems. I have a vast growing knowledge of databases (Oracle, MySQL, SQLite, Access) and how to interface them with .NET. I can create professional, fully customized PDF files/reports with iText(Sharp) and .NET. My study also covered chemometrics (algorithms, statistics and principal component analysis) extensively.
