The first impression of the well-designed object is mostly pure aesthetics. It seems as if it happened all of a sudden: on its own. It does not reveal the fact of the technical background such as detailed searching, planning, cost and material analysis, technical solutions and multi-disciplinary coordination. The designer’s role is to be part of all these stages but to seem as he/she doesn’t plan anything.
