I have extensive experiences in Customer Service, having been a part of the banking industry, the telecommunications industry and the educational system. My skills in marketing, management and administration have been highly improved having been associated with the real estate and academic industry. As a Project Staff, Project Administrator/Research Assistant and Project Evaluator from different organizations, my abilities in organizing, coordination and conduct of FGDs have been extremely developed. Further, my skills in leadership, management and other pertinent job functions of the Bank have greatly improved after having hurdled an intensive training under the Management Development Program (MDP) of Land Bank of the Philippines,. Having been connected with the University Health Service of UP Los Baños gave me the chance to enhance my abilities in administration and management particularly on procurement processes, supplies requests, building and equipment management and other applicable hospital administrative procedures which includes the direct supervision and guidance on eighteen (18) administrative staff. My proficiency with computers includes power point presentations, spreadsheet operation and doing researches such as benchmarking with other industries and surfing the Internet. I am a fast learner as well as creative and resourceful. In dealing with other people, I welcome opinions but reserve judgment for myself. I have respect for authority and I know when I need to exert mine.
