This is a a management application created for an Insurance Broker company. Features: o Notifies when a customer's insurance contract is about to expire so that an agent can contact him and provide an offer. o Manages PDF files containing information about the customer's previous insurance contracts, so that the agent can provide the best offer, tailored to the customer's specific needs. o Allows to easily retrieve a customer's information so that the contracts can be easily created by a phone request and when the customer comes to pick it up, he only needs to sign the contract, without the need to complete any forms. o Allows statistics to be easily created. o Customer information can be easily modified if required. o A good number of security features are in place, rendering the program useless without the password or the program administrator. o This application has been created using Visual Studio C# 2010 Professional Edition, relying on a Micro
