Working in Brazil with Unified Communications since 2005. Brazil has a difficult infrastructure, so implementing real time communication is not always a walk in the park. We had to gain high levels of specialization in order to handle the diverse array of unique situations that arise from poor implemented infrastructure. Today, we are capable of designing our own hardware to meet specific demands, and we have very skilled software engineers in our staff.
