Website with member sign up, business information database, survey process. Administrator can manage users, take survey reports. The entire survey process can be managed by creating pages, adding questions to pages and assigning answers of RADIO or CHECK type, the whole survey creation process is dynamic and questions appear and disappear automatically depending on the business type. Administrator can export the user and survey data to XML to use with other applications.
