Apartment Building Made in SketchUp and 3ds

This multi use building was designed for my senior architecture studio. The idea was to create a building that could function as a retail space on the busy street level but was still able to have office and apartment space above. Working within the local zoning codes, I developed this design using SketchUp. After finalizing the plans in Revit and AutoCAD, 3D models were imported into 3ds Max to create the renderings shown in this image.
