This guy knocked out the project in no time flat. I had about 4 other programmers scratching their heads in confusion before him. Vijay was fantastic. From the outset he had suggestions for the requirements which made maintenance easier; his first version was almost flawless, and the minor bug was identified and fixed promptly. He also went well beyond the requiments and helped extensively during installation and configuration. Great work and great attitude.
