Due to raising interest on dermatology among professional and non-professional individuals, Teledermatology Working Group Bangladesh Limited (TWGBD) designed and implemented a model of dermatology based ICT (Dermato-ICT) to explore an opportunity in the field to establish Dermato-ICT. Methodology: Web based ([login to view URL]) application server TIMES® perfumed the function of hybrid teledermatology. It stored clinical data for future uses in the e-dermatology and e-health. To facilitate teledermatology, TIMES® provided instruction to an innovated clinical device called DICOT®. Patients in front of DICOT® in a one end; presented their skin condition by providing data, such as demography data, chief complains, images, history of present/past illness and related investigation reports. Hence, on the other end of teledermatology, TIMES® provided dermatologist to reach diagnosis from clinical data and send an e-prescription. The clinical data stored in TIMES® had been processed and later used to create contents in both e-dermatology and e-health. It was integral part of Dermato-ICT model to establish e-learning program by registering medical doctors (general practitioner) under e-dermatology ([login to view URL]) and that of non-professional individuals under e-health ([login to view URL]). Thus, TWGBD registered different users to demonstrate Dermato-ICT network and categorized those users as professionals and non-professionals.
