Enclosed please find my resume for the position of staff writer. I currently work as a On Job Trainer for a call center call Stream Global Services, where I am responsible for training new, entry level or transferred employees in the operation of department equipment and also help them with production skills. Also assist on developing and delivering of training, i.e.: Quality, problem solving and contnuous improvement training, production work as required.
