ORDER SERVICE is an B2C web platform connects services with end customers. Platform was developed for simplifying process of service search from pet walking to house construction. After that we developed unique design and functionality for our client, we have analyzed the domain. Similar to web board with contacts of services and customers, we have developed MVP and after 3-month of research our BA has suggested following improvements: ability to create and reserve time slots for services, internal payment, push and SMS notifications to control and manage orders and google calendar analog. Additionally to planned functionality we have suggested to add such functionality as schedule, ability to make reservations in 3 clicks, internal payment, mobile applications for iOS and Android.
