He is full of promises but not able to deliver. Terrible experience, a drain of energy and time instead of a help. Now I can understand why some people say "Outsourcing does not work". It doesnt with providers like these. First impression was very professional, but after getting the project obviously only below mediocre people were set to work on it. Example: a mouse over control was requested as main feature in specification. After the specified time they told me the feature works, only not on my browser. Five days later all of a sudden they admitted that it doesnA't work & claimed that its impossible to implement. 8 days later it was finally working! All the time I had to go back to these guys demanding the same features again & again & insisting that its possible is just ridiculous.
