Employment Experience Since 2000, Sheri has dedicated herself to development of Horizon Consulting Group, LLC. HCG specializes in strategically addressing performance development issues through consulting/coaching, training and keynote addresses. Additionally, Sheri brings a background as an educator in the non-profit sector; sales and recruitment accolades as a top producer for the world’s largest financial recruiting firm; and many years of supervisory and management roles in various environments. Sheri is a Certified Mediator and she holds Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and a Master of Arts in Human Behavior and Conflict Management.
