This programmer did an excellent job for us. His level of attention to detail, his creativity, his technical knowledge, his timeliness, and his communication were superior. As we are native English speakers, it was enormously helpful to have an individual working with us who speaks fluent English and who understands the fine details of what we were saying to him.
