Adobe Form Clean-up and Finalization

He made an assumption that I wanted an MS Word document with macros even though the project was named Adobe Form Completion. I had asked for a variety of specific field names in the form but he didn't do any of them. I'm not even sure he knew what he was doing, although he did complete the single part of the task that I personally didn't know how to do. After he was "finished" I had to spend over an hour fixing his mistakes and doing things that he claimed could not be done.
