General : I have vast experience in Visual C#.net, VC++.net, MFC; overall 20 years experience in C. I am an expert in developing large applications with rich GUI, Graphical Views, complex business logic and algorithms (such as optimization) using Visual C# / C++.net, OO. I have achieved results in developing difficult projects rapidly. I am good in implementing complex business logic and can understand new applications, which helps to design modular architecture and develop software to implement them in a correct manner. I have proficiency, commitment and deep understanding required in all phases of outstanding software development life cycle, including requirements gathering, product specifications, analysis, design, development methodology, integration and testing. Recent Achievements : Recently I have developed 2 huge products in VC++/VC#. Both have aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly GUI which was also designed and developed by me.
1. Supply Chain Optimization : EN-Opt (Enterprise Manufacturing Network Optimizer & Capacity Planning), ADO (Advanced Distribution Optimizer) and VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory). This package is available to any organization that is interested. Many Multinationals have acknowledged it to be on par with i2 and SAP APO features / functionality. It uses linear and combinatorial constraint program algorithms / models for optimization. Based on demand for all SKUs at different locations / Depots, capacity constraints of different factories, variable costs (mfg, transportation, taxes etc.) EN-Opt generates the timephased optimized plans for the next n(12) periods for the production (and deployment) of all SKUs from different factories (to different locations/depots).
ADO then deploys finished goods in an optimized manner from multiple factories to mother godowns to Distribution Centres to distributors to retailers on a day to day basis. It also has embedded Truck Building Logic, Supply Chain Designer (SCD) and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) modules. I'll send a file of ADO screens if required.
2. APCO (Advanced Process Control Optimizer) : Developed in VC++/VC# (Oracle DB) to optimize Chemical (Soda Ash by Solvay process) manufacturing process resulting in massive savings for the customer. Yield of the product which is taken out from the bottom (continuous process) along with 16 other components, is maximized by APCO by modeling (thermodynamically) and simulating this chemical and physical process and optimizing various parameters. Each of these parameters are interdependent and affect numerous aspects of the process critically.
3.Developed fast dynamic bagging weighing machine controller based on Analog Devices ADUC834 (Assembly and C) using Tasking compiler. (I have used Keil also). I can design, develop and test any required controller (hardware and s/w) to highest quality standards and to your thorough satisfaction.
My other Attributes: Ability to self-estimate tasks and stick to the time estimate, to work independently in fast-paced environment, yet maintain excellent communication with the teammates to have the software/modules developed merge seamlessly with the main software.
