Global Application support system was developed to help the employees collaborate and support critical applications. This project uses customized Work flows to manage and track the application inventory and licenses. Employee skill matrix, responsibility matrix, escalation matrix, issue tracker, Risk mitigation plans, Business continuity plans and application availability are also tracked and managed by this portal.
