I have completed a B. Education (Primary), Cert III in Office Administration, Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment. I'm currently studying Graphic Design. I have a passion for English, grammar and also computers and learning computer software. I am an expert in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint and have advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. I have completed ITIL V2 Foundations and ITIL Practitioner in both Release and Control and Support and Restore. I'm looking for any jobs that I know I will excel in, as it is important to me that when I do a job, I do it well.
