Here's a sample of my work: WHAT A FANTASTIC PLACE!!!!!!!!!!! Italian food lovers will find a refreshing change from the Corporate Cookie Cutter Style Italian Restaurant here at Johnny Carino's. Their love for providing the best possible dining experience for their customers shows every step of the way. And such great treats too!! For those who enjoy a drink or two before dinner, I recommend the Bellini ( A gorgeous looking, delicious mixture of frozen peach nectar, white wine, champagne and rum swirled with their Italian Sangria) available by the glass or pitcher. Also, their signature drink, the "Italian Margarita" is also fantastic. (Tequila, Triple Sec & Amaretto is sweeter and smoother than a traditional Margarita and you'll probably have a "New Favorite" after trying this one.) For Appetizers, my picks are: (even though there are alot more to choose from than just these) Baked Stuffed Mushrooms (too many ingredients to list here but absolutely delectable) and the Spinach Artichoke Dip (also too many ingredients to list and also tastes great). From the Salads and Soups section of the menu, my favorites are the Honey-Pecan Salmon Salad as well as the Mediterranean Chicken. (Yes it is a salad, not a soup) My favorite soups are the Italian Chili and the Minestrone. For you steak lovers, I found you a steak like no other: The Grilled Italian Sirloin. ( A 10 ounce marinated Black Angus Sirloin topped with your choice of mushroom gorgonzola cream sauce or sweet marasala sauce served with their fresh vegetable medley and choice of pasta with sauce or roasted rosemary potatoes.) Yes everything on the menu is painstakingly watched over with great attentiion to every detail (and it shows). Here's just a sampling of what makes up the rest of the menu: Shrimp Scampi, Lemon Pepper Salmon, Jalapeno Garlic Tilapia, Seafood Fettucine, Italian Pot Roast, Tuscan Ribeye, Pizza Mia (you can create your own pizza!!) of course there are lots of other types of pizzas for those who don't want to create their own. Here's a new Featured Item: Spicy Crawfish Fettucine. There's also Veal Picatta, Sirloin Timballo, Homemade Baked Lasagna, Johnny's Skilletini, and my favorite dish for those who want something other than steak: Johnny's Combo ( A sampling of Johnny's Favorites: A bountiful combination of their Homemade Baked Lasagna, Hand-breaded Chicken Parmigiana, and Spaghetti with Spicy Marinara). This is a great dish to try if you have a couple of grandkids with you because the folks at Johnny Carino's aren't kidding when they say Johnny's Combo is a bountiful combination it will feed two or three kids.Some more great treats for you chicken lovers are: Grilled Chicken Diavolo, Chicken Milano, Chicken Primavera, Chicken Scallopini, Chicken Penne Gorgonzola, Lemon Rosemary Chicken, and many others.Of course they have numerous Pasta dishes also: Baked Cheese Tortellini, Angel Hair With Artichokes, Penne Alfredo, Cheese Ravioli, Pasta With Homemade Meatballs, Meat Sauce, or Sausage. Also don't forget to try the Pasta with Tomato, Spicy Marinara or Alfredo Sauce. Believe it or not, All entrees (FROM THE EVENING MENU ONLY) come with UNLIMITED House, Ceasar Salad, or Soup!!!!! This is NOT available with the Lunch Menu, only the evening meal menu. Yes they have a great wine list as well. The desserts are delectable too, of course, including the best Cannoli I have ever had. All the people on the staff were very nice as well and give you the impression they are sincerely glad you chose Johnny Carino's. I'm sure you'll be glad you did too.
