SharePoint Web Part: Store Data in SQL Server
This SharePoint web part is store user data in SQL server table. Web part will have a drop down box for week selection, A label to show note ( if any in the database) a shoeprint rich text editor to enter note Once user will click on submit button the note will saved in the data base. In case if there will be pre existing note then new note will be appended with previous note. In the property windows of the webpart there will be four fields to set connection string, table name , filled and Notes character limit. Connection string will be for connecting to the database. Table name and field name will be used to fill up the dropdown box. Notes character limit for set the limit of the note as per the database. On submit the information will be saved in Admin_weekly_highlights table( as per the provided document and image)
