Experienced in Data Science, Enterprise Architecture and Big Data. I excel at drawing data sets together so that machine learning processes can output predictors. I am familiar with decision trees, NLP, time series forecasting, wavelets and clustering. I am skilled in R and I have written services in Java using R for output. I am familiar with the Apache Stack and can work in Pig on Hadoop. I have experience in integrating high throughput systems, with knowledge regarding transaction processing, real time processing and cloud computing. I can blend together a number of disparate disciplines to deliver valuable information in a variety of environments, faced with challenging and uncertain conditions. I recently spoke at Predictive Analytics World in Chicago, USA, in June 2015. I also presented a talk in August 2014 at the Mammoth BI conference in Cape Town, South Africa.
