This person IS NOT FROM USA. English is very poor. Can not even understand simple English and asks things multiple times that are already written. Also insults you saying, your rate is poor. So my question, if rate is poor, then why the hell he submitted bid in the first place? He only accepts projects and then get vanished. I see 100s f projects he accepted but never finished. It is showing as work in progress, but those were of years ago. So if you want your project to be treated like that, then hire her. If not, then do not even think of hiring her even if you are promised some thing out of the solar system. HE WILL WASTE YOUR TIME.
