o Handling worldwide technical support for Microsoft's Windows 2003/2008 SBS, troubleshooting and server queries. o MS Exchange 2003/2007/2011: assisting customers with daily troubleshooting Information store, dismounting errors, database corruption issues, exchange mailflow issues, traffic routing, antispam, public folder issues, migrating users mailboxes within servers, Exchange backup and restore, disaster recovery, Exchange Migration, IMF Troubleshooting etc. o Active Directory: assisting with adding users, AD Database management, schema troubleshooting using AD tools, Site replication issues, Disaster recovery, helping with AD reports, Group policy management etc. o DNS / DHCP: helping resolve issues with DNS traffic, name resolution, DNS records, Zone Troubleshooting, DHCP address pool allocation, DHCP Database related errors. Network load balancing. o Managing Backups: Backing up Exchange databases using NTbackup, handling queries and troubleshooting on the same.
