• Handled the technical aspects of employees under the Job Order (JOs) Scheme: o Preparation of monthly reports of service and employment contracts of JOs o Facilitate the recruitment and hiring process o Preparation of other documents as requested by different departments/offices o Maintenance and updating of Job Order's information database system • Troubleshoot computers and printers in the office and coordinate with the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Office for complex hardware problems • Prepared training paraphernalia and documents needed in the activities for trainings and seminars spearheaded by the Human Resource Management Office: o Training kits for games and activities in every session o Powerpoint presentations for the modules used o Compilation of pictures, and Movie clips/videos based on the topics needed in every modules
