1. Deft in performing stress analysis of various critical systems to qualify the stress & nozzle load (Using Nozzle Pro in critical System) requirements of lines connected to equipment like Centrifugal pump (API 610), Rotary Pumps (API 676), Columns, Air Cooler, Heat Exchangers, Re-Boilers, Reactors and Storage Tanks(API 650).
2. Stress analysis of jacketed lines for slug lines, &Flange leakage calculation (ASME SEC VIII DIV 1).
3. Familiarity with International Standards as ASME B31.3, B31.1, ISO 14692 and ASME B & PV Code SEC VIII DIV 2.
4. Stress Analysis for long run U/G GRP Pipeline and large diameter GRP Pipe (including U/G pipes) as well as design of pipe support for GRP. Support loading for pipe rack to civil department.
5. Stress Analysis for high temperature lines connected to API Tanks, pumps, blower and heat exchangers etc.
6. Stress Analysis for Offshore (Piping and Pipeline up to Riser puddle flange support) and Onshore lines which are subjected to Dynamic Phenomena (Two-phase flow, Slug) required for minimum natural frequency as per Client Specification & Transportation Analysis for Offshore lines.
7. Pipe routing for the skid packages as per PID’s, preparing Isometric with required code and standard & getting client approval, preparing Bill of Material(MTO) for the project & enquiry and managing resource to complete the project within the target time.
I will be requiring Caesar II software to complete this job. Complete Set of Input required, like Stress Isometric, Support Location, Equipment details & connection, Nozzle allowable, Software required to complete the analysis. Clear Scope of work and required Output of work.
