•	Have experience in Installation, Data Migration, Patch Management  (Apply Application patches and upgrades on a regular basis), Generating Licence file, Troubleshooting and Administration of Network monitoring & ITIL based Tools. 
•	To manage/deploy releases/changes through various environments such as QA/UAT and LIVE.

The Process was being developed as a web based application (BMC Remedy & Right Touch – Touch Commerce) and Voice Based, the main work of the Executive is to handling the escalated Tickets and to take Chat with Customer (75%) and Call by Phone (25%) regarding Telecom Products as Broadband, TV and Phone of Cost and do the Password reset. 


•	Oversees all help desk activities,  Capable of handling the escalated tickets, Recording all the issues through E-Mail as well as by logging a ticket in the ticketing tool. 
•	Tracking all the pending tickets to the closure. Capable of handling the escalated tickets. Escalating the issues to the next level of Support Executive based on the issue.                                                     
•	Basic XLS skills and documentation skills, Ensuring Service Level Targets / Service Level Objectives within the SLA is met.
