I intend to develop my skills further in the field of Customer service as well as web writing. My first job was with Dunkin Donuts as a Marketing Specialist (2002-2004). I started out as a Customer Service Representative(CSR) for Link2support Philippines before becoming a Team Captain after 9 months. I then became the Quality Assurance Specialist for Customer service but after a year I was transferred to the Technical Support department. I am currently handling Linksys and IOGEAR voice support for North America. The flexibility of my work schedule gives me a lot of extra time to do some freelancing.
