I have been working and playing with computers for 18 years (since age 10). My first computer was a Commodore-64 with a 300-baud modem. I learned programming in QBASIC and Pascal, and not long after moved on to Perl, PHP and Java. I have a long professional work experience starting with a full-time position as webmaster for two television news station websites in Fort Myers, FL for Waterman Broadcasting. At Waterman broadcasting, I developed the websites for ABC-7 and NBC-2 news on a Sun Solaris NetRa server as the lead webmaster and sole web developer for the company. Since this humble beginning, I have worked in many facets of software development, which you can read about in my resume. If you want quality work produced on-time and on-budget, I am the man for you. I currently do most of my work on my two home machines running Ubuntu Linux 10.04 Lucid Lynx and Windows 7, and I host client demonstration sites on my remote server at [login to view URL].
