Hi, I have got 4years+ experience in the call centre industry in INDIA ,during this time I have worked for diffrent company's like DAKSH-e-services. EXL service and AMERICAN EXPRESS. involving in bound ,outbound sales, customer care ,cold and warm sales calls ,currently I'm working for EXL services which has been outsourced by DELL computers. we have successfully done several outbound appointment setting and sales campaigns. All my agents have 1year+ experience with international call centres and they all have gone thorough the voice and accent training they have been working for diffrent U.S. based process. We have 8 seater arrangement fully equipped to carry small to medium process with 24x7 power backup .
