I am at present working for Global Brother srl Romania as a writer for Self Sufficiency and DIY projects. Iv been employed since July 2022. I have been a freelance writer for over 35 years and have published e-books with life of Riley Publications in the UK . and have been a Content writer for Escape [login to view URL] on Long term contract basis. I also worked as Senior Content writer for [login to view URL] a website that was in operation in Hong Kong promoting tourism for Macau and have written hundreds of web content. I have been on oDesk initially since 2009 and have a record of having a very quick turnaround of projects assigned to me. I prefer to work on fixed projects . As a Certified Malaysian Expat Worker Trainer and Lecturer in Bahasa Malaysia I qualified from CQ TEC Sdn.Bhd Malaysia in 2005 and was awarded my qualification from the Ministry of Human Resources and immigration Malaysia . I have been in the Maldives and worked as A Human Resources Specialist/Manager for a period of 5 years and well versed in Labour Law disputes recruiting outsourcing and Passport visa and work permits in South Asia handling of Legal agreements and also Counselling of expatriate workers. I was responsible for recruiting screening and interviewing job applicants and in charge of placement of newly hired workers. I also was in charge of handling Training compensation and benefits, and employee relations. I interviewed applicants from various countries checking on their experience, educaiton and relevant skills and setting out designated duties forwarding for medicals to check on fitness and benefits and working conditions. I was responsible to keep records of employees and processing their paper works as per the Immigration and Emigration laws of the Maldives. Informing applicants about job details, such as duties, benefits, and working conditions was also my responsibility and briefing new recruits on company policies and Country Laws and regulations were included. I managed a workforce of over 1000 employees mainly in the construction sector on projects funded by the UNDP . I was also a Member in rescuing evacuating and repatriating of employees safely and coordinating with relevant Embassies during the Tsunami in 2004. I am an Animal lover and rescue abandoned animals. I have hands on experience in self sufficiency and enjoy photographing nature , insects animals and birds. I am at present following a training programme at the Victoria Stillwell Academy Australia on Canine behaviour.
