English Language and Journalism student with excellent grammatical and writing skills developed through degree course modules and work experience in the field of media and teaching. Through my work experience I have also developed excellent communicational skills through interviewing people and speaking to groups of all sizes. WORK EXPERIENCE Current: Journalist I am currently writing for an entertainment magazine calle 'Fame' which is targeted for students. I write mainly reviews, but as I have a wide range of experience, I am often asked to write other articles as well. As I am bilingual I also write for a Finnish Magazine 'Protu'. So far, I have been writing columns. Current: Teaching Assistant I also teach Finnish to a group of kids in the St. Albans Finnish School. Journalism Intern, Oxford Journal, April-May 2009 The intership in the Oxford Journal included writing articles on various topics, interviewing, doing research, editing some texts and photographing. During the weeks in the Journal I gained loads of confidence while interviewing people. Getting honest feedback helped me grow as a journalist. I worked by myself a lot of the time, but during the busy periods a had assistants working for me.
