Job Responsibilities: Product Support Ø Techno-Functional Support on MRP, Manufacturing Order, Purchase order, Customer order & Distribution Order. Ø Working in Manufacturing, Procurement, Distribution, Customer sales and MRP module and distribution. Ø Provide support adhering to SLA parameters (including quality, volume and response/resolution time criteria) via online support tools and telephone. Ø Develop, demonstrate and maintain the skills necessary to do an in-depth analysis on a suite of products & technologies. Ø Ability to do troubleshooting, data analysis, code debugging, test scenario simulation, root-cause analysis and testing. Ø Provide online support to running-business queries from customers and to onsite Consultants where implementation is going on. Ø Interact with Technical team to correct errors in programming of Movex ERP. Ø Interact with Movex R&D to suggest modifications or changes in the functionality of Modules as per customer requirement or as a part of improvisation. Project Planning: Ø Collection & Distribution of documents. Ø Coordination with the client to arrange Meetings. Ø Preparation of Project Schedules along with Manpower resource planning. Ø Preparation of Project Quality Documents like Project Quality Plan (PQP), Project Execution Plan (PEPL) and Project Execution Procedure (PEP). Project Monitoring & Control: Ø Project Management (Supply Chain Management) BY SAP (Project Management Module R3) & BMAC (Local Software). Ø Project Costing Budget Control for Purchase, Manufactured and Site manufactured item. Ø Coordination with various departments such as Process, Static Equipment, Rotary Machine, Plant & Piping, Electrical, Civil, and Instrumentation for expediting engineering work. Ø Preparation and updating of Document Control Index (DCI) and monthly report. Ø Monitoring & controlling of the project status by updating the Project Engineering Schedule. Ø Preparation of Billing schedule and follow up for collection of the invoice amount with client. Ø Resolve issues with disciplines during Tool Box Meeting/ Project Meeting. Ø Maintain the 3D Model status control & arrange to update the model as per latest drawing. Job Responsibilities: Product Design & Sales Ø P & ID’s (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram). Ø Equipment Layouts, Product Design. Ø Technical & commercial Evaluation of quotes, Inspection, working on Movex. Ø Product Design Optimization on software called CAS. Ø Product Sales management by MOVEX 11.2 This Gen (Sales & Distribution Module.) Ø Project Management by WAX and Supply Chain Management by Software called MOVEX. Ø Process Equipment design and calculation like heat Exchanger, Decanter & Separator for Organic & In-organic process as well as power projects. Ø Product Design Optimization on software called CAS. ð Force on client visits FOR Techno-Commercial discussions. ð Also involved in ensuring the smooth execution of orders in hand, requiring self to co-ordinate with factory located at Satara and the Sales engineers located in the various branches across India and also directly contacting clients.
