Silver Program - Aspire University
Our Aspire project was focused on designing a Time Management tool to ensure productivity is met at every single time. My roll in this project was to consolidating the data as far as employee’s level of effort required on each task assigned to ensure the accuracy of the time that each person takes to complete a task then that data would help to determinate at what time is feasible to assign certain task for a 8.5 hr daily job. Project was presented to upper management in the company and is now being used. now that the system is in place we use the data to determine how productive an employee can be.
