I am a self-starter who is highly motivated, adaptable and produces results. I am creative, work well under pressure and have good interpersonal skills developed through work experience and academic study. I have over 20 years experience of Administration, Management, PC hardware and Software, covering consultancy, installation, support and programming. In the past I have provided IT services for up to 1000 users at multiple sites in corporate environments as part of a team. I presently work largely on my own initiative towards set targets and within priorities. Strong background in Information Technology (including Microsoft Office products). I hold a Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Computer Studies from Coventry University (UK) I have vast knowledge and experience working with Corporate Companies in the UK such as British Rail, Rail Track, British Telecom and Transco (British Gas).
