I am currently a stay at home mum to my two year old. I am also doing a degree in Criminology and Psychological studies with the Open University. I have previously worked in a call centre as customer support and then progressed on as a Senior team member in the correspondence and high level complaints team. This gave be valuable letter and writing skills. After I left the call centre I went on to work as a receptionist, audio typist, and data inputter for local Health Visitors. I also have my own wedding invitation and card making business.
