Information on Bank contacts - distressed properties
The client required information on certain banks in the St Louis area that dealt with distressed properties or which were under FDIC supervision. The client required this information in a spreadsheet format. My research had three parts to it: 1. Establish which St Louis based banks were under FDIC sanctions or supervision or were for sale. 2. Establish which banks had an inventory of distressed property that met the client's criteria for investment. 3. Insert the information into a spreadsheet. Make preliminary calls to verify that the information is accurate.
