A Dynamic Dashboard for "Multiple projects tracking"
Created end to end Advance Dashboard over Power BI which consists the following: Important details for calculation and shown in dashboard as such: 1) Number of ongoing projects 2) Number of projects delayed 3) Numbers of projects cancelled 4) Number of projects completed within 6 months/1 year (It will be good if dashboard perimeter can be changed to 3 months or any other variants). This shall be Project start day minus Project End date) 5) Number of on-going projects - days calculated till date, from project start date. Rank of the project that is taking most days and months. 6) Days between job creation date and project start date. 7) Engineers who took lesser time to start a project (project start date - job creation date) 6) Number of projects per engineer 7) Engineers ranking on days took to complete a project. 8) Total project value. 9) Individual engineer project value
