Machine for electronic pins mounting on PCB plates
Own design manupilators. High dynamics, accuracy and stiffness. Max linear speed up to 8 m/s and axial pushing force 800 N. \nCutting unit equipped with a stepping motor for rolling and positioning (on input pins in the form of a strip). On rotary table, driven by servo motor, 3 \nautomatically adjusted (by bar code, four types/references of PCB plates) nests. Vision system compensates PCB position.
