Hi Michelle, I like a good ramble too! Aye its true - if the CH had a voice, they would had much better options from everyone to show their client. The winning design is ok, very nice details, but far too much space, the reader won't handle that much space without visual attention, therefore will probably stop scrolling. Gives me the impression as the CH had no feedback, and as you said didn't understand the process, understand what an infographic needs to do. Sorry for my ramble! I look forward to seeing your work again (even though thats me done for a while!). Cheers. Philip.

Thanks, you too! I wish this contest holder would provide personal feedback to all of us who worked so hard (their other contest I participated in, I ran into the same thing we did here...4 star entries with no hope of improving based on comments). Especially considering that silence, I truly appreciate your support and admire that you have been so kind to other submitters. I really enjoyed your entries as well and am glad to see there is another person who believes infographics are supposed to express info through graphics (as the name would suggest lol) and not huge chunks of text (I caved to the text chunks cause that's what this contest holder consistently prefers). Anyway, sorry for the rambling response, but keep up the good work! At least we both have a nice new design to add to our portfolios :) Take care, Michelle
