Thanks for the link to the woman, it's still not exactly what I'm looking for but the overall design is what I want. I'm ready to award you the winner, but a few last things:
1. Can we shrink the Nolas name "slightly" and make larger the "Visit Us Today, Walk-ins Welcome"
2. Make the phone number larger
3. Is it possible to make the colors of the flag to the right of the girl a little less faded? Not much...I still like the fad, but if the colors can come through a little more without taking away the fad effect. If not, don't worry...just wondering. I definitely don't want to change the effect you have going on.
4. I saw another girl from a different designer that I liked, so I will try to see if I can find that woman on a photo site.

Looks great! Is there a way to get Dominican Salon to stand out more? I'm pretty certain this is the winner, I just need help finding a similar woman to use since this is a celebrity and we don't have rights to use her image. See any similar women on photo sites I can purchase/use?
