I need a 10 second animation of a film strip, entering the black (or white) screen from the left, to the center of the page, then curling around and around and around into the shape of our 'Oscar trophy', and then once the whole outline of the trophy is complete, the film will continue moving off the right edge of the page, leaving the page blank. I would like this delivered in a video file format, and the film reel should contain thumbnails from some of our winning videos. The text should read Fort Yachtie Da Film Festival. I will upload the image of our oscar trophy so you have the shape, and some imagery from prior years. This is a film festival where yacht crew compete by making 5 minute short videos. This intro will need some music in the background like you hear with 20th Century Fox intro, or MGM Studios, etc. I will also upload last year's intro but i don't love it. it's too busy. i'll also upload an Oscar poster image which is what i want this modeled after. And, lastly, i'll upload the thumbnail images to use in the film reel. The website for the contest is www.fortyachtieda.com and the entries and more thumbnails are at www.fortyachtieda.com/festival so it'd be nicer to show more thumbs than what i've included.

The film should come in from the top left, spiral around into the shape of the fish, (to end up with an image similar to (oscar_ceremony_posters_80_anniversary.jpg) then scroll off the right side of the page at the bottom. The film reel should be large enough so you can see the images passing by, and it should be slow enough to recognize the movies, video is a little longer. When this is complete, i will also want to be able to grab a screen shot of the image when the trophy is completely formed, and use it in marketing material, so the video should be in high resolution.   Yes, It is possible, but the size determines it. If you want the gif to be sized like 1280x720, then it is going to have a bigger file size which is not suitable for the internet. (It will take too much time to load.). To again answer your question, it is even entirely possible to convert the whole video into an animated gif.

And that all for just $125 ?? ( freelancer fee isnt even deducted for designer, so less money for us)
Please don't get me wrong, there is noting wrong paying such a prize for a intro / logo animation!!
But that would be something else than al your specific wishes : left -right - slow - big enough - etc etc..
Also you want it big enough to see/recognize video photo's in film strip, but your photo's are very low quality and also very small dimension ; 180 x 135px . So asking for a video in high quality isn't really an option because of poor and low quality.

Also you are posting filmstrips foto's, i think as example, but if you want to pay such low prize for a video with so much demands,
atleast what you can do is deliver al the right assets in high quality, i dont think you know how much time go's in maken such a intro with all your wishes. Dont think ( like most of the people do ) Oh i just want it to be 10 /20 sec so that shouldnt be a problem wit this prize.

  Btw, it isnt even a guaranteed project, so partitipating is realistic, and even if you make it guaranteed ( you have to pay money for that ) its is also much better to raise ethe prize ammount to get a good intro, Because otherwise you are paying freelancer more money and the designer who makes it gets a prize equal or almost same as freelancer, thats odd.
  And this nwe intro you can use next year also, with just some minor adjustments.
