I like the concept of using a 'guru' in the graphic, but I would prefer the graphic itself to be more stylized. Also, the graphic itself doesn't allude to internships or jobs. I think a good example of blending 'guru' and internships is the silhouette of a meditating businessman in one of the submitted designs. As for the font, I prefer the text in the bottom left (sans-serif).

Yes, I saw the meditating business man and thought it was a great idea, but I'm afraid that the designer might take offense if I try something similar.
