We are in need of a logo for a professional consulting company by the name of “Paramount Consulting”, based in Austin, TX USA. We specialize in project management, such as web technologies, software development, general marketing services, etc.
We are looking for a modern, professional, clean design. The logo should be memorable, and stand out in a crowd. Your concepts must speak to what the company is about, which is the promise of outstanding results to any project potential customers desire to execute. Since the company is based in Austin Texas, and austinites like to do business with other austinites, consider using some aspect of Austin in your concept. However, this is not a requirement, simply an option. We have included some iconic symbols of Austin that could be used.
We have also included some logo concepts that we have responded positively to. These are just examples of logos that we like, THESE ARE NOT TO BE COPIED, OR USED IN THE CONCEPTS IN ANY WAY.
The logo should be aesthetically pleasing in both small and large sizes, in a variety of mediums, such as web, print, and signage. It also must look good on both light and dark backgrounds, and in black and white (one color printing). A horizontal orientation would be best, extra points for logos that also have a vertical layout. The logo should also be artistically balanced, meaning the logo should seem "balanced" to the eye - no one part should overpower the rest.

The contest is set for 10 days, but it could end slightly before that with the right submission, so submit your entry in as soon as possible.
