I need a logo for a live chat service. See attached for details and description of requirements. I have now obtained more ideas from a secondary source but not a graphic designer - please see additional attached file to give ideas of what i want. I seem to be more attracted to row 1 and row 2; but need creativity.

I think I have streamlined it to idea 2A and 2B which highlights the Q&A - invariably the essence of the system. Kindly focus on 2A and 2B and stick to designs based on this idea. Thanks
