I am currently developing a new arcade style game for PC (Windows, Mac and Linux), much in the style of "Geometry Wars". (see: [login to view URL] for an example). The name of it will be "Field of Void".
The logo needs to have the words "Field of Void" on it. It can be a very simple style logo, completely up to the designer's creativity. It will just need to fit in with the design of the main menu. It can even be a nice simple basic typographic logo, I'm not too fussed.
I need to have a main menu designed with 4 buttons; 3 modes "Arcade", "Story", "Survival" and a "Settings" button. It should also include the logo. I am quite open with how it looks as I do not really have a specific style guide currently, however it should reflect the game with the bright variety of colours with some bloom on a black or dark background. Also, the font can be decided by the designer.
I also need a simple in-game interface designed which consists of: score text, combo text, health bar, and 2 other "upgrades" bars, which will just be smaller bars than the health one. This UI should follow similar design to the main menu.
The minimum window size will be 800px wide by 600px high and if the design is scalable, or at least just possible that I can move things on larger windows, that would be great.
I will require PSD/s and JPG/s from the winning designer.
