PLEASE NOTE: While we encourage creativity and modernism, These should be realistic and BUILD ABLE designs.. I should have mentioned that this design brief is for lower income individuals and families.. THEY ARE ACTUALLY GOING TO BE BUILT.

  precast can work, but it quite a costly method of construction. Most of these people will be building their own homes, so the materials to be used would probebly suite something a little less specific knowledge. Such as Brick, or plasterd doube skin brick walls. Possibly various claddings such as timber?
